Hurray!!! I survived week one of Go Fit Camp!!!
Friday was the ‘Big’ day…we weighed in and while I was standing in line waiting for my turn, I kept thinking, ”OMG what if I gained weight?” (Insert paranoia here)
The moment of truth came as I stood on the scale and poof - 3.5 pounds had vanished!
I really couldn’t believe it! It felt amazing, and in that instant I just wanted to go workout and give it all I had! So much so, I ended up pulling a groin muscle! Ouch!
So much for my eager moment…I still worked out – Just at a slower pace.
Lesson for today – STRETCH before any activity, trust me it helps.
